1. Acceptance of Terms

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information;

• Register multiple accounts (only one account per person is permitted);

• Transfer, sell, or assign your account to any third party.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify yyphp of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. yyphp shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

2.3 Account Verification

yyphp employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to provide the following documents for identity verification:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months);

yyphp accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, and other payment methods as displayed on the website. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). You may only deposit funds from payment sources held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in confiscation of funds and account closure.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section and may vary by payment method. yyphp does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Deposits are typically credited instantly, though bank transfers may require 2-4 hours for processing.

3.2 Deposit Limits and Responsible Gaming

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings as part of yyphp's responsible gaming commitment. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period of twenty-four (24) hours. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.

yyphp reserves the right to impose mandatory deposit limits or decline deposits if we determine that continued deposits may be harmful to you or indicate problem gambling behavior.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request withdrawal of your available balance at any time through the cashier section of your account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 PHP. Maximum withdrawal amounts may vary by VIP tier and payment method.

yyphp aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15-30 minutes during business hours, and bank transfers within 2-4 hours. Processing times may be extended for first-time withdrawals, large amounts, or accounts requiring additional verification. 4.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Before requesting a withdrawal, you must meet the following conditions:

Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may not contribute at all. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

7. Account Closure and Suspension

7.1 Account Closure by Player

You may close your yyphp account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with normal withdrawal procedures. yyphp reserves the right to retain certain personal information as required by law even after account closure.

7.2 Account Suspension or Closure by yyphp

yyphp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• We determine that you have pr ovided false information during registration;
• We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• You fail to provide requested verification documents;
• You are found to have multiple accounts;

Upon account closure or suspension by yyphp for terms violations, we reserve the right to withhold any balance, winnings, or bonuses in your account. You will not be entitled to compensation for any losses resulting from account closure or suspension that results from your violation of these Terms.

• Any false or misleading information you provided to yyphp;
• Your breach of any representation or warranty contained herein.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, you may pursue formal dispute resolution through the appropriate Philippine courts or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

13. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The failure of yyphp to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of yyphp.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and yyphp regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral.
